( "Global" or the "Company") (NYSE:GGS) today announced that it has declared a cash dividend of $239.58 per share on its 11.5% Series A Cumulative Preferred Stock (the "Preferred Stock"), equivalent to a cash dividend of $0.23958 per depositary share, each representing a 1/1000th interest in a share of the Preferred Stock (the "Depositary Shares"). The dividend will be paid on February 28, 2014 to holders of record of the Depositary Shares as of February 18, 2014 . The Depositary Shares are currently listed on the New York Stock Exchange under the symbol "GGSPRA".
