Rethink Technology is designed for technology executives who recognize that the IT landscape has been dramatically transformed in the recent years and demands new ways of thinking about the enterprise, information systems, work, and the new role of IT executives. Huggy has published widely in the fields of management and sociology and studies the social and cultural causes of organizational change. In his research, he studies the role of collective action as a motor of organizational change and innovation. He is also the author of "Market Rebels: How activists Make or Break Radical Innovation" (2009) and "Scaling Up Excellence" (2014) books.
