Parmenter Realty Partners Names Jeffrey Granoff as CFO

Parmenter Realty Partners hires Jeffrey B. Granoff as Chief Financial Officer, the Company announced. According to the Company, Granoff has over 17 years of experience in real estate, and will be responsible for accounting, finance, portfolio valuation, tax and treasury operations as well as maintaining compliance with respect to Parmenter Realty Partners' REITs and its subsidiaries. He will also be a member of the firm's investment committee. "We are honored to have Jeff join our team," said Darryl Parmenter , Chairman and CEO at Parmenter Realty Partners . "Jeff's impressive track record and international experience will be a tremendous asset as we begin a new and exciting chapter in our company's history. Jeff's proven ability in financial planning and improving processes will be extremely beneficial as he leads our finance team." The company said that Granoff comes from Clairvue Capital Partners where he was a Principal focused on valuing and acquiring real estate fund and joint venture partnership interests on a secondary basis, as well as providing entity level capital and negotiating loan documents to real estate fund managers and operating companies. Before that, Granoff held positions at Prudential Real Estate Investors ("PREI"), Arcapita, Inc. , and Morgan Stanley in New York and Asia . "I am looking forward to working with the Parmenter team. The company has built something really special, and I wanted to find something where there is a lot of growth," said Granoff.
