Users can conveniently scan documents directly into their matters folders using familiar Worldox Favorite Matters, Quick Profiles, Workspaces and Bookmarks, enabling a streamlined workflow for scanning and archiving documents based on the firm’s and users’ preferences. For enhanced productivity and increasing the relevancy of archived documents, all new Follow Me FavoritesTM active profiling technology enables key metadata information to be prepopulated on the MFP touchscreen.
Also new to the Canon solutions lineup is the imageRUNNER ADVANCE Desktop with Worldox Integration*. The Worldox integration with imageRUNNER ADVANCE Desktop provides law firms with a powerful software application that is designed to effortlessly save files directly from imageRUNNER ADVANCE Desktop into Worldox with the simple touch of a button or through the familiar File > Save As functions. Law firm personnel can simply select File > Save As or select the Worldox button on the toolbar to save documents that were imported, edited and/or annotated within imageRUNNER ADVANCE Desktop and the content is saved in the appropriate matter folder.
