Canadian dollar opened Tuesday at 90.20 cents US, up 0.09 of a cent

TORONTO _ The Canadian dollar opened at 90.20 cents US, up 0.09 of a cent from Monday's close. The U.S. dollar stood at 110.87 cents Cdn, down 0.10 of a cent. Pound sterling was worth C$1.8087 , down 0.06 of a cent, US$1.6314 , up 0.10 of a cent. The euro was worth C$1.4982 , down 0.33 of a cent. (Quotations provided by BMO Capital Markets )
