The Marine Corps Recruiting Command (MCRC) Command has a requirement for the purchase software license and support services for the Fortimail 2000B Email Security Appliances (Serial Numbers: HD7FQN1 and 1HBQ5P1) to protect the Recruiting Command Enterprise Network (RCEN) messaging systems from spam and other malicious emails. The contractor shall provide Fortinet Forticare with the following specifications:

Fortinet Forticare 24 x 7 Comprehensive Support (One (1) year extended service agreement (renewal)): Provides round-the-clock access to mission critical support. This support shall include:

(1) Online ticket access and online chat, (2) Technical support (3) Telephone support at any time day or night, and (4) An advanced hardware replacement RMA benefit to sustain high levels of availability (to include shipping). (5) Web support (6) New releases update (7) Response Time: Next Business Day This requirement is being re-opened and the submission date has been extended to 7 February 2014/9:00 am Eastern. The current amendment changes the solicition from FAR Part 8 (GSA) to FAR Parts 12 and 13.5.
