Abbott Cardiovascular Systems Assigned Patent for Rotating and Coating Implantable Device

ALEXANDRIA, Va., Feb. 4 -- Abbott Cardiovascular Systems, Santa Clara, Calif., has been assigned a patent (8,632,841) developed by two co-inventors for systems and methods "for rotating and coating an implantable device." The co-inventors are Mathew Coates, Boston, and David O'Neill, Galway, Ireland.
