Ft. Lauderdale, FL (PRWEB) February 28, 2014
AmericaVest Lending, LLC an affiliate of AmericaVest Mortgage Funding Trust, Inc. [AmericaVest] that specializes in originating, acquiring and investing in senior whole mortgage loans secured by small to midsize commercial real estate properties, announced today the addition of an online small business lending capability to its existing commercial real estate lending platform.
According to Robert Damigella, Co-CEO of AmericaVest, the strategic decision to extend the existing service line empowers AmericaVest to expand and diversify the product offerings on its lending platform. The firm currently offers commercial bridge loans and mezzanine financing to commercial real estate borrowers. Through this new platform, AmericaVest will begin offering 3 to 60-month business loans that will provide small businesses with a more cost-effective and rapid source of financing than traditional financial institutions and other business lending organizations.
“Our mantra is to help rebuild America one loan at a time. In the current environment, traditional lenders are not exactly fulfilling their core mission, due to their enduring reluctance to extend credit. AmericaVest is uniquely positioned and committed to help small businesses across America keep their doors opened and avoid the specter of default,” stated Mr. Damigella. “We are confident that the small business lending platform will enable us to achieve our core mission: to be the alternative lender of choice for small and medium size businesses in the U.S.”
Nelson Garcia, Co-CEO of AmericaVest, stated, “Adding small business lending to our platform exemplifies the natural evolution of our business. With decades of short-term lending expertise, AmericaVest is uniquely positioned to understand, address and rapidly satisfy the short-term financing need of small business across America. As the American economy continues to provide a steadfast example of competition-driven success, AmericaVest’s loans will provide small U.S. entrepreneurs with a viable tool to stay in business and continue to compete in the marketplace.”
