Kepware Technologies Wins Bronze in 2014 Stevie Awards for Outstanding Customer Service; Dedication to customer relationships makes company stand out to judges of the world's premier business awards

Release date- 25022014 - PORTLAND, Maine -Kepware Technologies, a software development company focused on communications for automation, was presented on Friday, February 21st with a Bronze Stevie Award for Customer Service Department of the Year in the computer software category for companies with up to 100 employees.

The Stevie Awards for Sales & Customer Service recognize the achievements of call centers, customer service, and sales professionals worldwide. Several hundred executives judged the more than 1,000 entries received this year in more than 100 categories.

Kepware was recognized by the judges for its unique approach to customer service. While other organizations measure success by key performance indicators like time to resolution, Kepware concentrates on spending quality time with customers and building mutually beneficial relationships. Under the direction of Matthew Roy, Kepware's Director of Technical Support, the department doubled in size in 2014 and added a coordinator to triage cases efficiently. The additional resources have allowed Kepware to spend quality time with its growing customer base while still responding quickly to open cases.
