-Fibra Danhos' Net Operating Income was Ps. 262.3 million in its first 82 days of operation. On a pro forma basis, the NOI of the 9 properties in the Operating Portfolio, increased 15.1 percent compared to 4Q12 and pro forma NOI for 2013 increased 11.7 percent compared to 2012.
-Occupancy rate at the end of 4Q13 was 98.2 percent, in-line with the occupancy at the end of 3Q13.
