Attached please find Report 4Q 2013. Farstad Shipping achieved an operating income of NOK 1 029.4 million for the 4th quarter.  The operating profit (EBIT) was NOK 207.6 million. The profit after taxes was NOK 46.7 million. The operating income at 31.12.13 was NOK 4 014.2 million. The operating profit (EBIT) was NOK 869.5 million. The profit after taxes was NOK 260.1 million. The Board will propose a dividend of NOK 3,00 per share for 2013.
