Infor Partners with AwarenessHub to Offer New Actionable Social CRM Capabilities

Infor, a provider of business application software, has announced a new partnership with AwarenessHub to deliver new actionable social CRM marketing and monitoring capabilities.

In a release, the Company said that AwarenessHub, a social marketing platform that centrally manages all social accounts, allows users to listen and respond to customers in real-time, while engaging prospects with targeted content, all from a single platform. As a result, Infor said that its users will have critical insight into where potential and existing customers are online, what interests them most, and the ability to better interact and engage them to drive revenue growth.

Infor said that combining detailed customer data that is available via its CRM suite with new social analytics data through AwarenessHub, the application will provide organizations with greater visibility into where and what customers are saying, and advance revenue growth by building greater brand awareness to expand reach to new prospects, increase customer satisfaction by making stronger connections with customers to drive engagement, and ultimately better mitigate risk by proactively monitoring customer sentiment and engaging buyers in real-time.
