February 25, 2014

FORT WAYNE, Ind.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Allied Payment Network, a provider of online and mobile bill payment services to the financial industry, today announced its latest reseller partnership with MoadBus Inc., an innovative technology company dedicated to providing scalable, advanced and cost effective business solutions to financial institutions. MoadBus will now offer Allied’s Picture PayTM to its diverse client base, enabling consumers worldwide to pay any bill by taking a picture of the bill with their smartphone.

MoadBus will integrate Allied’s Picture Pay within its Enterprise Mobility Suite of online and mobile banking solutions for retail and commercial banks, credit unions and co-operatives, private and government banks. MoadBus partnered with Allied to expand upon its traditional bill pay offerings and provide its financial institution customers with an efficient yet cost-effective alternative Internet and mobile bill pay solution.

“We are committed to providing our customers with next generation banking solutions that result in immediate return on investment, require minimal effort and are also available at a cost-effective price point, so Allied’s Picture Pay was the perfect value add to our Internet and mobile banking solution set,” said Kurian Abraham, president of MoadBus. “Our clients have been requesting a simple yet innovative bill pay solution for a while, as traditional bill pay methods no longer make the cut. The simplicity of Allied’s Picture Pay is unlike any other mobile bill pay technology in the industry and we are looking forward to offering this unique solution to our customers.”

With Picture Pay, users simply take a picture of the bill, enter the amount and payment date, and the bill is paid. Picture Pay was recognized by Bank Technology News as a “Top Innovator for 2013” due to the application’s convenience, simplicity and the proven success seen among current users. After implementing Picture Pay, financial institutions have reported an increase in bill pay and mobile adoption rates, as well as an increase in customer retention. Furthermore, Picture Pay users have the option to expedite payments, generating additional fee revenue for MoadBus’ customers while increasing convenience for the end user.

“MoadBus delivers a solid portfolio of quality mobile banking and payments solutions backed by unparalleled service, so we are thrilled to enter into this partnership,” said Ralph Marcuccilli, president of Allied Payment Network. “As mobile bill payments become increasingly prevalent, more and more financial institutions are realizing the importance of combining superior customer service with innovative technology to attract and retain the next generation of customers. Domestic Picture Pay adoption has been strong and we are looking forward to expanding this technology beyond the U.S. market.”
