Lam Research Assigned Patent for Semiconductor Manufacturing

ALEXANDRIA, Va., Feb. 24 -- Lam Research, Fremont, Calif., has been assigned a patent (8,652,298) developed by six co-inventors for methods, systems, and computer programs "for semiconductor manufacturing." The co-inventors are Alexei Marakhtanov, Albany, Calif., Eric Hudson, Berkeley, Calif., Bi Ming Yen, Fremont, Calif., Andrew D. Bailey III, Pleasanton, Calif., Rajinder Dhindsa, San Jose, Calif., and Gerardo Delgadino, Santa Clara, Calif.
