KUALA LUMPUR: Country Heights Holdings Bhd's net profit rose 41.8 per cent to RM35.82 million in the year ended December 31 2013 from RM25.25 million a year ago. This was boosted by higher revenue, lower cost of sales and a decline in finance cost, it said yesterday. Group revenue rose 3.6 per cent to RM262.95 million from RM253.71 million, boosted by higher revenue from property development division. Its property development division recorded revenue of RM146.9 million compared with RM131.3 million a year ago. The higher revenue was due to recognition from sale of bungalow land in Country Heights Damansara and the higher sales of inventories in Cyber Heights Villa, Cyberjaya and Country Villa, Kajang.
