Alorica Appoints Jim Radzicki as New CIO and SVP of Information Technology

Alorica, a provider of customer management outsourcing solutions, announced that it has named Jim Radzicki as chief information officer and senior vice president of information technology for its global operations.

According to a release, Radzicki will lead the entire Alorica IT organization, providing both strategic leadership and operational guidance for Alorica's offering of outsourcing solutions that span the complete customer lifecycle. This announcement builds on continued momentum within Alorica as the company expands its business both geographically and by successfully earning new clients.

Radzicki comes to Alorica with 18 years of executive IT experience with a heavy emphasis on Business Process Outsourcing (BPO), most recently leading technology initiatives at Stream Global Solutions as executive vice president and chief technology officer.
