ALEXANDRIA, Va., Feb. 24 -- Research Triangle Institute, Research Triangle Park, N.C., has been assigned a patent (8,652,229) developed by four co-inventors for a "particle filter system incorporating nanofibers." The co-inventors are David S. Ensor, Chapel Hill, N.C., Howard J. Walls, Apex, N.C., Anthony L. Andrady, Apex, N.C., and Teri A. Walker, Durham, N.C.
