IPG Photonics Assigned Patent

ALEXANDRIA, Va., Feb. 21 -- IPG Photonics, Oxford, Mass., has been assigned a patent (8,652,974) developed by Bernhard Piwczyk, Dunbarton, N.H., for a "method and system for pre-heating of semiconductor material for laser annealing and gas immersion laser doping."
