With responsibility for day-to-day management of York’s IT operations, McKesson is using on-site and remote offerings to support both McKesson and third-party applications. One of the larger products to be supported includes McKesson’s contemporary, Microsoft®-based Paragon® Hospital Information System, which consists of over 40 clinical and financial modules. Services include application build/support/management, hospital help desk, infrastructure support, data center operations, network administration, desktop operations and project management/administration.
