New Nanocrystals Findings from Polish Academy of Sciences Outlined

By a News Reporter-Staff News Editor at Science Letter -- Researchers detail new data in Nanocrystals. According to news originating from Wroclaw, Poland, by NewsRx correspondents, research stated, "The spectroscopic properties of LaAlO3 nanocrystals doped with praseodymium (III) and ytterbium (III) ions have been measured and analyzed."

Our news journalists obtained a quote from the research from the Polish Academy of Sciences, "Depending on the excitation source, the different energy transfer mechanisms from ytterbium to praseodymium and from praseodymium to ytterbium ions are observed."

According to the news editors, the research concluded: "Different concentrations of doped ions cause the white or green up-conversion emission."
