IDaaS Solution Provider Adds West Coast Presence to Bring Identity Intelligence Analytics, Complete Governance & Improved User Experience to XSpectra Platform

NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Mycroft Inc., a leading provider of IT identity and security solutions and services, today announced the opening of a new product innovation center in Seattle, WA to focus on extending the company’s cloud-based platform to provide identity intelligence analytics, complete governance services and a further streamlined user experience.

These key innovations will build on the company’s Identity and Access Management (IAM) SaaS platform, called XSpectra, to help customers identify, quantify and reduce risk in real-time, address growing compliance requirements within the healthcare, financial and insurance industries, as well as enhance the platform’s user friendly experience.

To jumpstart these innovations, Mycroft Inc. also announced the promotion of Lester Rivera, who will lead technical architecture development and execution for XSpectra. Additionally, Sebastien Fouillade recently joined the Mycroft Inc. team in Seattle to head up the company’s product vision and strategy.

“As one of the technology hubs of the country, Seattle was an obvious choice to execute our vision for XSpectra,” said Jonathan Freeman, CEO, Mycroft Inc. “Both our platform launch and forthcoming innovations are the direct result of a carefully crafted strategy derived from years of analyzing our implementation and strategic consulting experiences, as well as, listening to and understanding our customers pain points. We now have the right set-up and the right team in place to guide XSpectra into a market leading position.”

Located at 5400 Carillon Point, Kirkland, WA, the new center is Mycroft Inc.’s first west coast location. The company has three other US-based offices in New York City, St. Louis and Detroit.

Focused on delivering a full spectrum of IAM services that integrate with a wide range of customer environments, XSpectra, powered by CA CloudMinder, expands Mycroft Inc.’s current market offerings with automated provisioning beyond Active Directory to include any targeted endpoint whether on-premise or in the cloud. Additionally, the innovative service incorporates multifactor and risk-based authentication with a wide variety of credential formats and allows for configurable policies for custom risk assessments, helping organizations reduce risk by minimizing usage of static passwords to access applications.

XSpectra also delivers a wide range of foundational identity services including user self-service and federated single sign-on to applications across cloud, hosted or on-premise environments. XSpectra offers three flexible support level packages to meet the budgets and needs of a wide variety of customers.
