Olivia Schmitt , commercial client executive, of TRICOR Insurance of Dubuque , has successfully completed the educational program requirements of the Society of Certified Insurance Service Representatives . To earn this designation, she attended five courses covering all phases of the insurance business and passed five comprehensive examinations. Additionally, The National Alliance requires annual attendance in the program to maintain the designation. * Carol Lawson has joined Sedona Staffing Services as an account coordinator. Her responsibilities include recruitment and assessment of local talent. She also will assist in providing hiring solutions for local hiring companies. * American Trust Financial Management Group announced the following: Chris M. Even has been promoted to senior vice president and trust officer. She is responsible for the Wealth Management division, which provides trust administration for all accounts, record keeping of assets, estate planning review of personal and business plans, financial management advice, bill-paying services and estate administration during the probate process. She joined the bank in 1994. John F. McClain has been promoted to second senior vice president and portfolio manager. He is responsible for the analysis and management of the American Trust investment portfolios. He has more than 26 years experience in investment management. He joined the bank in 2011. J. Ryan Bryte has been promoted to vice president and sales manager. He manages the Sales Department with in the Retirement Division and is responsible for managing internal and external wholesalers and developing external relationships with RIA, broker dealers and insurance agencies. He has nine years experience in the retirement industry and holds Series 7 and Series 63 securities licenses. He joined the bank in 2007. Jeffrey P. Kunkel has been promoted to vice president - retirement compliance. He manages the American Trust Retirement Transition, Compliance, Plan Document and Testing teams to ensure that all retirement clients maintain their tax-qualified status by keeping each plan current and compliant with Internal Revenue Service and Department of Labor laws. He has more than 20 years experience in the retirement industry. He joined the bank in 2007. Fred E. Sear has been promoted to vice president technology and processing manager. He is responsible for the Retirement Division's technology needs, including overseeing day-to-day processing output. He has more than 20 years of qualified retirement experience and has spent more than 13 years developing technology to assist clients and retirement plan participants. He joined the bank in 2000. Charles J. "Chuck" Seymour has been promoted to vice president client services manager. He has more than 20 years experience in the service, administration and education of qualified retirement plans.
