Today, Aito Technologies, a leading provider of customer experience analytics (CEA) for mobile operators, and Tecnotree, a global provider of telecom IT solutions for the management of products, customers and revenue, announce a partnership to jointly develop and sell Product Recommendation Analytics, a joint product offering recommending products and services to mobile operators' subscribers.
The joint partner product will be based on Aito CEA6, which is capable of detecting and combining usage patterns and trends, subscriber preferences, perceived customer experience and network performance, and then using these to make concrete service and product recommendations to individual subscribers.

At Mobile World Congress in 2013, Aito announced that its Aito CEA 6's architecture will be developed towards a more modular approach to enable deeper integration with OSS / BSS products from other vendors.
Now in February 2014, Product Recommendation Analytics with Tecnotree is one of the first partner products on top of Aito CEA 6.
The joint Aito-Tecnotree offering, Product Recommendation Analytics, will be available for demonstration by appointment at the Tecnotree booth Hall 5, Booth 5F41 at Mobile World Congress 2014 in Barcelona, 24-27 February.
