Using Bromium and Palo Alto Networks together will enable organizations to automatically block malicious websites. It will also mitigate the risk of data theft by blocking stealthy hacker command and control channels detected by Bromium LAVA from access by systems within the protected network. Once Bromium detects advanced malware it will then provide detailed information about the attack source to the Palo Alto Networks security platform in real time, via Bromium LAVA. Based on pre-determined policies, automated actions are then performed, such as alerting the administrator, blocking additional access to malicious sites and blocking outbound communications to command and control sites.
