Fulton Financial has hired Matthew E. Blyth as vice president of international sales.

Blyth, of York, previously was vice president of commercial banking at M&T Bank.

He holds a bachelor's degree from the U.S. Military Academy at West Point and a master's degree from Thunderbird School of Global Management.

Donegal Mutual Insurance Co. has announced four management promotions.

Chrissy Springer, of Middletown, has been promoted from vice president to senior vice president of internal audit The Shippensburg University graduate joined Donegal in 2009.

Chet Szczepanski, of Elizabethtown, has been promoted from vice president to senior vice president and chief actuary. Hired in 2005, Szczepanski holds a bachelor's degree from St. Joseph's University and a master's degree from Temple University.

Barbara Doyle, of Schuylkill Haven, has been promoted from assistant vice president to vice president of commercial lines systems development. Hired in 1995, Doyle is a West Chester University graduate.

David French, of Lancaster, has been promoted from assistant vice president to vice president of research and development. Hired in 2009, French is a Lebanon Valley College graduate.

E. Abigail Wells has opened Wells Contemplative Solutions, a mediation service that offers individuals, families and organizations a way to resolve conflict without the financial burden of litigation.

Wells Contemplative Solutions, at 255 Butler Ave., also offers one-on-one conflict coaching and interfaith spiritual direction at both the individual and corporate level.

Wells, of Lancaster, has seven years of experience. She holds a bachelor's degree from North Carolina State University and master's degrees from Barry University and Chestnut Hill College and is pursuing a doctorate at Alvernia University.

Attorneys William B. Gregory and Chad E. Rankin have opened Rankin & Gregory LLC, a law firm specializing in personal injury and workers' compensation cases, at 2173 Embassy Drive.

Gregory, of Lancaster, most recently was employed by Georgelis Law Firm. He holds a bachelor's degree from Westminster College and a law degree from University of Pittsburgh School of Law.

Rankin, of Columbia, most recently was employed by McDonald At Law. Rankin is a graduate of Penn Manor High School, Evergreen State College and University of New Hampshire School of Law.

The Lancaster County Conservancy has promoted Mike Burcin to chief executive officer and chief operating officer, and Kate Gonick to in-house counsel.

Burcin, of Lampeter, continues as director of education. Hired in 2011, he is a former middle school principal. He holds a bachelor's degree from Kansas Wesleyan University and a master's degree from Kansas State University.

Gonick, of Lancaster, was hired in 2008. She continues as director of land protection. She holds a bachelor's degree from Sweet Briar College, a master's degree from Temple University and a law degree from Dickinson School of Law.

H.L. Wiker has hired Bob Dickersheid as superintendent of its concrete division.

Dickersheid, of Manheim, previously owned Alliance Concrete Services, a subcontractor of Wiker.

Hazlett Burt & Watson has hired Jeanne M. Miller as senior vice president and financial adviser.

Miller, of Columbia, has 14 years of experience, most recently as a vice president and financial adviser with PNC Investments.

She attended Wright College.

Web Talent Marketing has hired Justin Emig as search marketing manager.

Emig, of York, previously worked at RPM International where he was product manager for DAP. Before that, Emig was a category segment specialist at Woodstream.

He is a York College graduate.

Turkey Hill Dairy, a subsidiary of Kroger, has named Joe Lestingi vice president of operations and Tom Aslin vice president of sales and marketing.

Lestingi, of Lititz, is a 41-year Kroger employee. Most recently, he was a division operations manager at Kroger's general office.

He is a Northern Kentucky University graduate.

Aslin, of Lititz, has 25 years of experience in consumer products, most recently as a senior director and general manager at Schwan Food.

He has a bachelor's degree from the University of Wisconsin, Madison, and an MBA from the University of Michigan.
