Penn State Research Foundation Assigned Patent

ALEXANDRIA, Va., Feb. 14 -- Penn State Research Foundation, University Park, Pa., has been assigned a patent (8,647,654) developed by Melik C. Demirel, State College, Pa., and Akhlesh Lakhtakia, State College, Pa., for a "method and systems for forming and using nanoengineered sculptured thin films."
