In this new role, Winsberg will manage software engineering and quality engineering worldwide for RMS. His responsibilities include RMS(one), RiskLink®, Risk Browser® and additional RMS products. Working with product management, model development and cloud operations, Winsberg will focus on product quality and engineering efficiencies.

Winsberg has more than 25 years of developer-leadership experience from enterprise technology companies such as OpenText and Hyperion Solutions. As vice president of product engineering at OpenText, he was responsible for strategy, planning and execution of next-generation development projects, multiple product lines and cloud offerings. In addition, he managed more than 100 engineers from waterfall to agile practices and created a team of offshore engineers. He received a bachelor’s of science degree in mathematics from the
