Arab Finance: Egyptian stock exchange main index EGX30 continued green performance and rose by 0.14 % on Monday to close at 7,498.66 points, compared to 7,487.91 points on Tuesday. Market trade volume reached 232,518,274 shares amounted to LE 1,055,027,008. CIB advanced by 0.21 % to close at LE 33.30. Beltone Financial expects CIB operating income to come in at EGP1.96 billion, 27% higher y-o-y, and earnings at EGP857 million, 45% higher y-o-y. CIB to release 4Q2013 results tonight. Regarding Today Company's performance, market's top 5 gainers in terms of turnover respectively were: Arab Cotton Ginning soars by 1.67 % to close at LE 4.86, OTMT jumped by 0.84 % to close at LE 1.18, Middle Egypt Flour Mills rose by 4.71% to close at LE 25.59, Palm Hills closed flat at LE 3.20 and Palm Hills rose by 1.43% to close at LE 9.21. Regarding market players' performance: Local Investors' transactions were extremely prevailing as they made 88.08 % of total market deals. Arab investors ranked in second place with 6.49%, while the Foerign investors made the remaining 5.42%. Local Investors' purchasing power was clearly proven during Monday session by its value amounted to L.E 15,9 m. On the other hand, Arab investors chose to heavily sell their stocks to yield L.E 10.5 m . Arab Investors were also net sellers by the value of LE 5.4 m . Individuals' activity dominated the market by an average of 62 % compared to 37 %, which represented the Institutions' activity.
