The key is that we utilize the Cytoscape Software reconstructing the transcriptional regulatory networks, and the transcription regulation is found by the Gibbs sampling method, which are consistent with utilizing the Cytoscape Software reconstruct the transcriptional regulatory networks. It verifies the feasibility and accuracy of the Gibbs sampling method."
