According to DOD: SelectTech Services Corp., Centerville, Ohio, has been awarded a $7,680,250 firm-fixed-price contract for engineering technical support services. This contract is to provide personnel, equipment, tools, materials, and other items and services necessary to perform maintenance and fabrication of experimental processing and test equipment. The technical support shall consist of preventive and remedial maintenance, inspection, modification, overhaul, fabrication, repair, calibration, certification and transport of experimental/test equipment, and laboratory instrumentation. Work will be performed at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio, and is expected to be complete by Jan. 28, 2015. This award is the result of a competitive acquisition and five offers were received. Fiscal 2014 research and development funds in the amount of $111,000 are being obligated at time of award.
