National Bank of Oman launches its new segment, Mazaya

An exclusive and rewarding banking experience Muscat, Oman ; January 28, 2014 : National Bank of Oman celebrated the launch of its newly created segment "Mazaya" an exclusive & rewarding banking experience. Mazaya Banking has been launched as a stepping stone to the bank's elite banking segment, Sadara. In order for customers to enjoy the benefits of Mazaya, they will need to maintain a deposit of OMR 15,000 and/or have a minimum monthly salary of OMR 1,000 . The event took place at the Sama Terrazza, Park Inn Hotel Roof Top whereby selected customers, senior executives from leading Corporates and Ministries along with senior executives from the bank enjoyed the evening socializing followed by the launch presentation and dinner. The new Mazaya Banking segment, which is headed by Hanaa Al Hinai , will offer customers several benefits including the Mazaya World Debit Card, which comes with a complimentary insurance package which covers fraud protection, purchase protection, extended warranty, travel accidents and medical emergencies. Mazaya customers will also be able to apply for the Platinum Credit Card free for the first year. In addition to this, cardholders will have access to airport lounges in over 101 countries worldwide, as well as a complimentary Diner's card offering additional benefits across a range of restaurants. Mazaya customers will experience personalized relationship management and dedicated counters at selected branches across the Sultanate. Access to global investment and insurance products will be available as well to ensure our customer's future goals are met. By using their credit and debit card, Mazaya customers will also be offered 6000 joining bonus points through NBO MyChoice Reward program which can be redeemed at over 900 airlines, 200,000 hotels and 150,000 car rental companies across the globe.
