SJ Software Development Group Brings Out Instant Messaging Security Solution

January 31, 2014

SJ Software Development Group has engineered an Instant Messaging security solution, SJ IM.

In a release, the Company noted that it is available for Windows, Mac OS X and iOS.

The Company said that SJ is built on the XMPP (Jabber), OSCAR (ICQ) protocol, an open source protocol that powers countless IM clients.

SJ IM provides 4096-bit of encryption for instant messaging. The software protects file transfers conducted via instant message pathways. Contact lists can be exported or imported using Pretty Good Privacy keys and auto encryption Off-the-Record Messaging. SJ IM also allows security and anonymity when using the latest social media messaging services like Facebook Messenger.

Premium users of SJ IM also have access to Safetyjabber's Screen Saver utility. With the utility activated, bringing the desktop back to life requires a password; the utility also enables the use of hot keys to switch on the screen saver or send the computer into emergency shutdown.

SJ Software is currently testing an Android version of SJ IM.

SJ Software Development Group Limited is a provider of development and implementation of security systems for jabber correspondence confidentiality.
