NDC revised tariffs for services on secured bonds

Baku /30.01.14/Turan: The National Depository Center, which serves as the central depository for securities in Azerbaijan , revised tariffs for managerial services on rendering secured bonds. New tariffs provide differential approach to customers, depending on the amount of securities issue. NDC noted that before that the issuers of mortgage-backed securities with the requirements rights on them paid to the depositary under a bilateral treaty. The new tariffs included in the price list of the depository differ from the old ones with low interest rates. The annual amount of the fee for storage , recording transactions , maintaining a register of holders of secured bonds and service manager will be at least 500 manat ( bonds worth up to 10 million manat). The fee rate decreases as the volume of issued securities rises from 0.09 (AZN 20 million) to 0.67 % (up to AZN 60 million ) . According to BSE in circulation are 31 bond issues of 18 companies , some of which are secured . In 2013, the volume of placement of corporate bonds in Azerbaijan amounted to 769.1 million , and a secondary market for them - 967.7 million manat. This was partially formalized through the exchange so these transactions were, respectively, 152.8 million and 790 million manats. -08B Â
