TORONTO - The Canadian dollar opened at 89.67 cents US, up 0.03 of a cent from Tuesday's close. The U.S. dollar stood at 111.52 cents Cdn, down 0.04 of a cent. Pound sterling was worth C$1.8453 , down 0.43 of a cent, US$1.6547 , down 0.32 of a cent. The euro was worth C$1.5204 , down 0.44 of a cent.
