New Jersey Resources (NJR) said that it board of directors unanimously declared a quarterly dividend on its common stock of $.42 per share. In a release, the Company said that the dividend will be payable on April 1 , to shareowners of record on March 14 . "Our shareowners look to us for consistent financial performance," said Laurence M. Downes , chairman and CEO of New Jersey Resources . "The action taken by our board is an acknowledgement of our team's dedication and commitment to providing exceptional value for our customers and shareowners. Once again, we were able to pay a quarterly dividend as we have done continuously since 1952." New Jersey Resources is a company that provides safe natural gas and clean energy services, including transportation, distribution and asset management.
