NBCO loan portfolio rose by more than a quarter

BAKU /29.01.14/TURAN : The active loan portfolio of non-bank credit organizations (NBCO) that are members of the Azerbaijan Microfinance Association (AMFA) as of December 1, 2013 reached the level of 452.89 million U.S. dollars . Over the period of one year the figure rose to 26.5%. The share of the top five in the overall portfolio as compared with a year ago rose by 1.6 percentage points to 81.5 %. Headed the ranking, as a year earlier, Finca-Azerbaycan that expanded its portfolio by 34.7 %. During the reporting period the share of the loan portfolio of the company in the overall index increased by 2.6 percentage points , reaching 43.1% . In the first five the highest growth rate ( 59.6%) was recorded in portfolio Vijn Fond Azerkredit, as a result the company shifted two positions up to 5th place, relegating Aqrarkredit. The pace of growth of the loan portfolio with 133% led Qafqaz-Kredit, rising one position to 13th place. The greatest decrease in the portfolio as a percentage fixed in Nakhchivan Kredit, which in the ranking of assets in the lead on this indicator. Total reduction in the loan portfolio recorded at 5 companies , and their total portfolio amounted to $ 9.1 million or 2 % of the total. The greatest loss of position ( from 13th to 17th place ) was recorded in Omni Finance that resulted from reducing the company's portfolio by 44%. Proved the most problematic portfolio Finans Texnoloji, whose share of overdue loans in the total portfolio reached 5.7% increase over the year twice . The lowest level of delinquency among newly registered participants ( Viza Kredit and Brand Kredit ) rankings at zero percent , respectively.
