BRIEF: Don't miss: Zora! Outdoor Festival of the Arts in Eatonville

Jan. 28 --WHAT -- The festival honors Eatonville's most famous resident, novelist Zora Neale Hurston , but the events celebrate a wide range of arts. For this 25th annual affair, you'll find the usual array of vendors and art on the streets of Eatonville , plus a full slate of live music that includes a performance by R&B / soul favorites Maze with Frankie Beverly . Check the website for gala events happening outside the city limits, including a reading of Hurston's works by actors Lynn Whitfield and Avery Brooks at 8 p.m. Friday at the UCF Rosen College of Hospitality Management , 9907 Universal Blvd. , Orlando ( $20 admission).
