DriveItNow to Unveil Coordinated Credit Solution to Streamline Car Financing on Dealer Websites

DriveItNow, a provider of pre-qualified monthly payment marketing technology, announced the pilot release of its Credit Center for automotive dealer websites and automotive portals. Most consumers finance their vehicle purchases. Today's dealer websites offer a variety of disjointed and often conflicting credit services, such as "Get Pre-qualified" applications, generic payment calculators, trade-in valuations, and full credit applications that require personal information and affect a consumer's credit score. According to a release, DriveItNow's Credit Center lets online shoppers explore credit services from one centralized platform without having to provide a social security number or date of birth. Dealers can decide which services of the Credit Center they want to offer, and all services can be accessed from various links within the website. DriveItNow's Credit Center services include: -Short-form finance application with instant pre-qualification -Pre-qualified monthly payment buttons on vehicle inventory -Shop-by-Payment functionality -Trade-in Equity Analyzer -Loan and Lease Special Promotions "DriveItNow's Credit Center ties all auto finance-related services together through one simple-to-integrate platform," said Tarry Shebesta , President of DriveItNow. "Online shoppers can easily access what they need in one place without having to provide personal information or complete multiple forms." At the core of the new Credit Center platform is DriveItNow's patent-pending pre-qualification payment technology. Real monthly payments displayed on vehicle listings reflect the dealer's lender programs and the consumer's real credit profile. Proper federal disclosures are made to the consumer and complex compliance requirements are maintained. All this is provided without affecting the consumer's credit score. "Other industry services that quote monthly payments and finance rates are not always consistent across a website and are not based on the consumer's actual credit profile," notes Shebesta. "Shoppers see best-case scenarios which may give them an unrealistic expectation of what they can actually buy."
