This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested from this document and a written solicitation shall NOT be issued. The NAICS is 423430 and the small business size standard is 100 employees. This is issued as a request for quotes (RFQ). The solicitation number is SBAHQ-14-Q-0006. FAR 15 is not applicable to this procument. This solicitation shall be a 100% SMALL BUSINESS SET ASIDE.
