Gileadi comes to FIS from Capco , FIS' global business and technology consultancy, where he successfully structured and delivered large transformation deals that incorporate consulting, solutions and services. He joined Capco in 2004, holding numerous leadership roles, including head of Capco's India and Canada operations, where he drove rapid growth and operational stability. He also served as vice president of online channels and head of technology shared services with TD Financial Group . Gileadi served as CEO of Capco North America from 2008-2009.
