Russia's Gazprom prepares EUR Eurobonds.

Russia's largest natural gas producer and pipeline gas exports monopolist Gazprom picked organisers of a possible EUR Eurobonds issue, Prime reports citing unnamed banking sources. Credit Agricole and JPM are going to organize the issue. No other information was yet provided. In July 2013 , Gazprom placed EUR 900mn worth of 5-year Eurobonds at 3.7%. Demand for the issue stood at strong EUR 5.5bn , and the yield was cut from the initial guidance of 4%-4.125%. The organizers of the issue were Bank of Amercia Merrill Lynch , Deutsche Bank , Gazprombank , and J.P.Morgan. In March 2013 , Gazrpom placed EUR 1bn worth of 7-year Eurobonds at 210bps to mid-swaps (3.389%) and EUR 500mn worth of 12-year Eurobonds at 240bps to mid-term swaps (4.364%). The yield guidance for two issues was revised downwards by 15bps and 20bps, respectively. In the end of January 2013 , Gazprom placed USD 1.7bn worth of Eurobonds in two tranches: USD 800mn worth of 7-year bonds were placed at 3.85% and USD 900mn worth of 4.95%.
