Aabenraa, 2014-01-17 12:00 CET (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Dear Sirs After 8 years as a member of Sydbank’s Board of Directors, of which the last 3 as Vice Chairman, Hanni Toosbuy Kasprzak has decided not to accept nomination for re-election to the Board of Directors of Sydbank . Hanni Toosbuy Kasprzak was elected to the Bank’s Board of Directors at Sydbank’s Shareholders’ Committee meeting on 9 March 2006 . In 2011 she was elected Vice Chairman. Hanni Toosbuy Kasprzak will retire in connection with Sydbank’s AGM on 13 March 2014 . She will remain on Sydbank’s Shareholders’ Committee and on the Advisory Board.
