Roam, an Ingenico company and a mobile commerce platform provider, has announced a new partnership with Merchant Warehouse to expand the company's mobile payment acceptance solutions.
Merchant Warehouse, a company focused on payment technologies and merchant account services, will leverage Roam's secure mobile card readers, associated software and services to provide its merchants and partners with new opportunities to capitalize on the surge in mobile payments, predicted to reach $31 billion by 2016 by Forrester, the Company noted in a release.

"Roam's roadmap is at the forefront of the industry and is aligned with what our customers are asking for in mobile payment acceptance technology."
Roam said that it enables ISOs, acquirers and other resellers to quickly get to market with their own mobile solution without the expense of building one from the ground up. Resellers are able to leverage Roam's field-tested design, built-in security features, and cross-device support, while customizing the solution to meet their unique business needs.
