T-Mobile Austria said it is expanding its Home Net product range through the addition of the Home Net Box, produced by Huawei. It said the box has a compact design and a range of 250 metres, and that customers can simply unpack it, plug it in to the electric socket, and connect to the internet. The LTE product offers a download speed of up to 150 Mbps and an upload speed of up to 50 Mbps. The device can be used for short periods with being connected to power. The gadget can be controlled remotely using Huawei's free Mobile Wi-Fi app for Apple and Android smartphones and tablets.
T-Mobile Austria offers the Home Net 100 service, providing broadband at up to 100 Mbps for EUR 59.90 per month; Home Net 30 offers up to 30 Mbps for EUR 25.99 per month; Home Net 20 offers up to 20 Mbps for EUR 19.99 per month; and Home Net 10 offers up to 10 Mbps for EUR 15.99 per month. There is no data or download speed cap on any of these four tariffs.
