Vodafone New Zealand has introduced a range of unlimited smartphone plans called Vodafone Red. The plans, which include LTE access, also allow customers to link additional devices and services to their plan and the operator offers discounts for fixed broadband plans. The plans start at NZD 99 per month for unlimited calls and SMS within New Zealand, 1 GB of data, and either a HTC One SV, iPhone 4, or Sony Xperia SP handset. The NZD 129 per month plan upgrades unlimited calls and texts to also cover Australia, raises included data to 2 GB, and the choice of handsets to iPhone 5, HTC One, or Samsung Galaxy S4. The NZD 169 Red Super plan upgrades the included data to 4 GB. Customers can also bring their own smartphone and reduce the monthly fee. On the NZD 99 and NZD 129 plans, customers can add 500 MB of LTE tablet data for NZD 10 while the NZD 169 per month plan includes 1 GB of free tablet data. Business plans with business support are priced at NZD 95, NZD 120, or NZD 150, respectively, for similar inclusions.
