Sergio George's "Salsa Giants" TV Special to Air This Sunday on Univision

Collection of Salsa Legends Performing Together for One Powerful Evening NEW YORK, Aug. 15, 2013 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- This Sunday, August 18th, at 3PM, Univision will air a special about the "Salsa Giants" event that took place last summer at the "Curacao North Sea Jazz Festival." Recently released as a CD/DVD, Sergio George's "Salsa Giants" concert begins with a brief piano introduction from George before a series of Salsa legends representing numerous cultures take the stage. Performances included Marc Anthony, Oscar D'Leon, Cheo Feliciano, Luis Enrique, Andy Montanez, Willy Chirino, Jose Alberto "El Canario", Tito Nieves, Nora from the "Orquesta de la Luz" and Charlie Zaa. The CD/DVD has dominated the Tropical Music Charts since its release on June 25th, peaking at #1 and remaining in the top five ever since.
