The regional technology companies making the largest national waves
were named as finalists for the Pittsburgh Technology Council's 2013 Tech 50
Awards. Nominees for the annual prizes, which recognize some of the region's
most outstanding innovators, were announced Saturday during a broadcast on
TechVibe Radio 104.
In addition to acknowledging winners, this year's event, "2013 Tech 50 Spotlight: A Celebration of Innovation in Pittsburgh," will recognize companies at various stages of growth.

Winners will be announced Oct. 10 during the Tech 50 Awards Ceremony at the Wyndham Grand, Downtown.
