NEW YORK, NY -- (Marketwired) -- 08/13/13 -- Cisco Systems recognized Fidelus Technologies for achieving Cisco's Channel Partner Customer Satisfaction Excellence. This is the fourth time that Fidelus has been recognized with this distinction.
Customer Satisfaction Excellence is the highest distinction a partner can achieve within the Cisco Channel Partner Program. Customers, Cisco personnel and partners will now be able to identify Fidelus as having achieved outstanding customer satisfaction as part of Cisco's worldwide assessment process.
The Channel Partner Customer Satisfaction Excellence assessment is based upon the customer satisfaction results captured in Cisco's Online Partner Access Tool. Each quarter, Cisco recalculates the numbers from the previous four quarters, and then acknowledges Partners who achieved customer satisfaction distinction within each geographic region during this time frame.
"On behalf of the entire Fidelus team, we are very proud to be a four-time recipient of this award!" said Matt Kalmenson, Vice President, Sales and Marketing. "Our company culture is built on a set of core values with customer service as the cornerstone. It's great to see how our culture-based approach to business translates into outstanding results for our teammates, partners, and clients."
