PARAMUS, NJ -- (Marketwired) -- 07/09/13 -- Dr. John T. Cozzone and Dr. Luis A. Zapiach have united their plastic surgery practices under the name Art Plastic Surgery. Their partnership began in March of this year, and they currently have offices in both Paramus and Franklin Lakes. Drs. Cozzone and Zapiach are excited not only to work with each other, but also look forward to the future expansions this partnership will allow.
According to Dr. Zapiach, working with Dr. Cozzone will combine their individual approaches and backgrounds to provide patients with a more comprehensive care and experience that should yield more effective results. He highlights that his relationship with Dr. Cozzone at Art Plastic Surgery is a true partnership in the sense that both surgeons will work together on most major patient cases. According to him, the advantage for the patients is that they will benefit from the combined skill sets of both doctors, which can yield better results, shorten time spent under anesthesia, and even help reduce the cost of surgery.
According to Dr. Cozzone, both he and Dr. Zapiach take a similar approach to the way they care for their patients. Dr. Cozzone notes that Dr. Zapiach, like himself, is a patient advocate and treats patients as if they were a family member. From breast augmentation to facelift surgeries, both New Jersey plastic surgeons believe that strong patient engagement is key to obtaining surgical results that fulfill patient expectations. "Dr. Zapiach and I are a perfect fit because his philosophy regarding the practice of plastic surgery is very similar to my own," says Dr. Cozzone.
Drs. Cozzone and Zapiach were both seeking specific characteristics in a business partner -- not only excellent surgical skills, but also integrity, a drive to always do better, and a history of providing excellent service and results to patients. Their partnership is built on a shared value system and a practice philosophy that each doctor has been using to achieve successful surgical results in their previous endeavors. During their brief time as partners, Drs. Cozzone and Zapiach have already been able to open a satellite office in Franklin Lakes. Art Plastic Surgery has expanded its services to now offer the Ideal Protein Weight Loss program. They have also added non-surgical procedures such as Ultherapy and Fractionated CO2 Laser Facial Resurfacing for non-invasive facial rejuvenation.
Both surgeons are excited about the recent merger and look forward to adding additional colleagues to the practice in the future. Ultimately, Drs. Cozzone and Zapiach say they want to expand and grow Art Plastic Surgery to become the premier cosmetic surgical group in Bergen County, New Jersey.
