BRIEF: Historic Fox Theatre to Show 'Oklahoma!'

July 06--"Oklahoma!" will be shown at the Fox Theatre in Centralia at 2 p.m. and 7 p.m. on Saturday, July 20, as part of the theater's 2013 film series.

The 1955 musical film is based on the 1943 musical play.

Tickets are $7 for Historic Fox Theatre members, $8 for others or $20 for a family of three or four people.

Pre-sale tickets are available at HUBUB, Holley's Place, Santa Lucia and Debbie's Boutique in Centralia and Book 'n' Brush in Chehalis.

The Fox Theatre has popcorn and other movie snacks for sale in Holley's Place Frozen Yogurt and Tegardens Fine Chocolates and Pastries.

All proceeds from the event go toward the ongoing restoration of the 1930s Fox Theatre in downtown Centralia.

The showing of "Oklahoma!" is sponsored by Joyce Barnes Rentals.
